Terms of Use

Last updated October 3, 2026

Agreement

By using tripheist.co (the “site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Early access

Trip Heist hasn’t launched yet. Signing up for early access adds you to our list for launch updates. It doesn’t create an account, a purchase, or a membership.

Founding offers described on the site, including no Trip Heist fees for founding sellers for three months and three free months of the Heist Network for founding members, are offered in good faith. Eligibility, start dates, and full details will be confirmed at launch, and we may change or end these offers before launch.

Your information

Please give accurate information when you sign up. How we handle it is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Travel information

Content on the site, including sample itineraries, journal posts, and community examples, is for general information and inspiration. Trip Heist is not a travel agency and doesn’t book travel. Prices, opening hours, and conditions change, so confirm details with providers before you travel. You are responsible for your own travel decisions, bookings, documents, and safety.

Our content

The Trip Heist name, logo, design, text, and images on the site belong to Trip Heist or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, or reuse them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site, including sending spam through our forms, trying to access systems you aren’t authorized to use, or interfering with the site’s operation.

Links to other sites

The site links to third-party sites, such as our social media profiles. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Trip Heist will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these terms as Trip Heist grows. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
