Who we are

Trip Heist (“Trip Heist,” “we,” “us”) runs tripheist.co, a travel itinerary marketplace and community that is preparing to launch. If you have questions about this policy, email us at tripheist@pinkfinsmgmt.com.

What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect:

• Your full name.
• Your email address.
• The options you tick (buying itineraries, selling itineraries, or joining the Heist Network).
• The date and time you signed up and your IP address, which we use to prevent spam and abuse.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance.

How we use it

• To send you launch updates and early access information that match what you told us you’re interested in.
• To tell you about founding seller and founding member offers.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam signups.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run Trip Heist, such as our website host, our email provider, and Google Analytics. They may process your information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and third parties

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site, such as which pages they visit and how they arrived. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information like your approximate location, device, and browser. We don’t send your name or email to Google Analytics. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

We don’t use advertising cookies. To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. Links to our social media profiles take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep your signup details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the purposes above.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email or by writing to us. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing tripheist@pinkfinsmgmt.com. Depending on where you live, such as California or the European Union, you may have additional rights, and we will honor requests as the law requires.

Children

Trip Heist is not meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or email system is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Trip Heist grows. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page, and we’ll let you know by email if the changes are significant.
